The AL1000 Porosity Measuring Instrument is an advanced capillary flow porometer offering higher sensitivity and a broader pore size measurement range than the AL500. The instrument provides detailed pore size distribution analysis, bubble point determination, mean flow pore size calculation, and gas permeability measurement for membranes and porous materials.

With enhanced pressure control and high-resolution flow sensing, the AL1000 is capable of characterizing tighter membranes including nanofiltration-range materials. The software-controlled measurement protocol ensures reproducible results across multiple samples and operators.
