The Tech Inc. High-Pressure Gas Storage and Distribution Skid stores helium or nitrogen at up to 400 bar and delivers it at regulated pressure to launch pads, engine test stands and other high-pressure users. The TI-HPS24 holds 24 cylinders in a single frame, manifolded to a distribution panel with isolation, regulation and relief. We design and build the skid around high-pressure cylinders and components from leading makers.
Main components
- 24 high-pressure cylinders in a structural steel frame
- Cylinder manifold with bank isolation valves
- Pressure regulation and distribution panel with outlet headers
- Relief valves and vent circuits
- Pressure gauges and transmitters for bank and outlet pressure
- Fill connection for recharging from a compressor or booster
- Lifting lugs, earthing points and protective enclosure, to client specification
Applications: gas storage at rocket launch pads, supply to engine test stands, pressurant and purge gas reserves, and buffer storage for high-pressure helium and nitrogen systems.

High-Pressure Gas Storage and Distribution Skid
- TI-HPS24 – 24-cylinder gas storage and distribution skid.
- Helium configuration – storage for pressurant and leak-test gas.
- Nitrogen configuration – storage for purge, command and test gas.
- Multi-bank configuration – cylinders split into banks for cascade supply or separate users, to client specification.
