Description

The UF Membrane Test Skid with Data Acquisition (DAQ) builds on our standard UF test skid by integrating an electronic data acquisition system that automatically records all key operating parameters. The DAQ system captures pressure, flow rate, temperature, and conductivity readings at user-defined intervals, eliminating manual data logging and enabling precise tracking of membrane performance over time.

The integrated DAQ software provides real-time display of flux, transmembrane pressure, and rejection data with graphing capabilities. Data can be exported in standard formats (CSV, Excel) for further analysis. This automated monitoring is particularly valuable for long-duration fouling studies, cleaning cycle optimization, and experiments requiring high temporal resolution.

The skid retains all mechanical features of the standard UF test system including adjustable cross-flow velocity, temperature control, and compatibility with Tech Inc ultrafiltration test cells. The DAQ upgrade is ideal for research groups that require systematic, reproducible data collection across multiple membrane testing campaigns.
