A BESS container's cooling loop can have over 200 compression fittings, and a coolant leak inside a battery container can cause short circuits and fire. Careful filling, flushing and leak testing at commissioning, followed by regular coolant checks over an O&M term of typically 11–12 years, keeps these loops reliable. The cart serves EPC contractors, O&M providers and asset owners at utility-scale and industrial battery storage sites.
