Freshly built cooling pipework carries weld debris, cutting oil and particles that can block cold plates soon after start-up. The rig commissions data-centre halls before servers are connected, re-flushes loops after modifications or contamination, and handles coolant change-out. On BESS container cooling loops, the same rig and crew carry out fill, flush and filtration.
