Lab Pervaporation Test skid with circular test cell
Laboratory pervaporation testing system with circular test cell

Description
The Lab Pervaporation Test Skid with Circular Test Cell is a complete testing platform for evaluating membrane separation performance in pervaporation applications. Pervaporation is a membrane process used for separating liquid mixtures — particularly organic-aqueous and organic-organic systems — by selective permeation and evaporation through a dense membrane.
The system includes a stainless steel circular test cell, a feed circulation pump, a vacuum system for the permeate side, cold traps for condensing permeate vapour, and instrumentation for monitoring temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels. The feed can be heated to evaluate temperature-dependent separation performance.
This skid is suitable for evaluating PDMS, PVA, zeolite-filled, and other pervaporation membranes for applications including ethanol dehydration, VOC removal from water, and organic solvent separation. The circular test cell geometry provides uniform flow distribution across the membrane surface for reliable performance measurements.
