Seal Gas Conditioning Skid

• Retrofit GCU skid – gas conditioning unit (GCU) with heater, knock-out, coalescer and booster, about 800 Nm³/h at 70–100 barg.

Dry gas seals fail early when liquids or particles in the seal gas reach the seal faces, often because the process gas sits near its dew point or flow is low during start-up. The skid suits hydrogen-recycle and wet-gas compressors in refineries, export and process compressors at gas plants, petrochemical compressors and pipeline stations. It ties into the existing seal gas supply line.
