Lab Test skid for RO membrane with hydrasel pump

Reverse osmosis test skid with Hydrasel pump and test cell

RO Test Skid with Hydrasel Pump | Tech Inc

Description

The Lab RO Membrane Test Skid with Hydrasel Pump is a high-pressure cross-flow filtration system engineered for evaluating reverse osmosis membranes under realistic desalination conditions. The Hydrasel positive displacement pump generates stable pressures up to 69 bar (1000 psi), providing the driving force needed to test RO and tight NF membranes.

The system includes high-pressure stainless steel tubing, precision pressure regulators, digital pressure gauges, a permeate flow meter, and a conductivity meter for real-time salt rejection measurement. The recirculation design minimizes feed solution consumption while maintaining consistent feed composition throughout testing.

This skid is compatible with Tech Inc high-pressure RO test cells and is designed for evaluating membrane parameters including pure water permeability, salt rejection, flux stability, and compaction behavior. It serves researchers developing desalination membranes, studying membrane fouling under high-pressure conditions, or characterizing commercial RO membranes for benchmarking.
