Remote wellheads and pipeline valve stations rarely have grid power or instrument air. The Tech Inc. Solar-Powered Chemical Injection Skid generates its own power from photovoltaic modules, stores it in a battery bank sized for the required autonomy, and runs low-power DC metering pumps day and night.

  • PV array on the skid structure or a separate mounting
  • Charge controller with battery protection
  • Battery bank sized for the specified days of autonomy
  • Low-power DC metering pumps
  • Tank level and pump status monitoring, with RTU or cellular telemetry option
  • Desert-rated enclosure with sun shade and ventilation

Applications: remote wellheads, flowlines and pipelines; unmanned sites without utilities; operators eliminating vented gas from gas-driven pumps.
