Tech Inc. designs and builds hydrometallurgy process equipment that recovers lithium, nickel and cobalt from black mass, the shredded material from spent lithium-ion batteries. The range runs from a pilot line for R&D laboratories to plant-scale leach and filtration trains, mixer-settler solvent extraction trains that separate one metal at a time, and crystallisation and membrane concentration packages that produce battery-grade salts. Each package is skid-mounted, built in materials suited to acid and solvent service, and supplied with PLC and SCADA automation, FAT and commissioning.
