Description

The Flat Sheet Rectangular Delrin RO Test Cell is a lightweight high-pressure test cell rated for pressures up to 69 bars (1000 psi), fabricated from Delrin (acetal) engineering polymer. The 3cm x 7cm active membrane area is identical to the stainless steel version, ensuring interchangeable test results between cell materials.

Delrin construction offers several advantages over stainless steel for certain applications: lower weight for easier handling, excellent dimensional stability, inherent corrosion resistance without surface treatment, and no metal ion contamination of permeate samples. The material is chemically compatible with most aqueous feed solutions used in RO membrane testing.
