Lube Room Dispensing System and Skid-Mounted Lube Rack

• Clean oil at the point of use – a dedicated pump, 10 µm spin-on filter and gauge on every line remove particles as the oil is transferred.
• No wrong-oil errors – one oil, one pipeline and one colour across drums, pipes, jugs and nameplates keeps grades apart.
• Every litre accounted for – an oval-gear meter on each line records dispensed volume for consumption tracking.
• Moisture and dust kept out – desiccant breathers on every drum stop it drawing in humid, dusty air.
• Spills contained – spill pallets and anti-drip stainless spigots keep the floor clean and reduce housekeeping and environmental risk.
• Safe operation – an IP65 electrical panel with motor protection and an E-stop for every pump.
• Uses the space you have – the room fit-out or rack makes use of an existing building, without the cost of a new structure.
