Truck and Tanker Loading and Unloading Skid

• Top-loading skid – for road tankers loaded through the hatch with a loading arm, with a vapour recovery connection where specified.
• Bottom-loading skid – for tankers fitted with bottom-loading adapters, with dry-break couplings and vapour recovery connection.
• Unloading skid – pump, strainer, air eliminator and meter for receiving product from road tankers or rail cars into storage.
• Combined loading and unloading skid – one skid with the valving to work in both directions at smaller terminals.
• LPG loading skid – for pressurised service, with vapour return to the storage vessel.
• Rail car loading skid – for rail gantries, with loading arms or hoses sized for rail car loading rates.

• Accurate batches – the preset batch controller and PD, turbine or Coriolis meter deliver and record the set quantity for each vehicle.
• Smooth loading – the digital control valve ramps flow up and down, limiting surge, splashing and static build-up.
• Operator and vehicle protection – grounding, overfill protection and deadman interlocks stop loading on any unsafe condition.
• Clean, correctly measured product – the strainer and air eliminator protect the meter and stop air being measured as product.
• Lower emissions – the vapour recovery connection returns displaced vapour instead of venting it to atmosphere.
• Terminal integration – connection to the terminal automation system for batch set-up, authorisation and records.
• Hazardous-area ready – Zone 1 equipment throughout the skid.
