The Lab Test Skid for Membrane Distillation (MD) with 100 x 150mm test cell is a purpose-designed system for evaluating membrane performance in direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) and air gap membrane distillation (AGMD) configurations. The skid features independent hot-side and cold-side circulation loops with temperature control, enabling researchers to establish precise thermal gradients across the membrane.

The integrated 100 x 150mm flat sheet test cell provides a practical active area for measuring vapour flux and volatile rejection under controlled temperature differences. Built-in instrumentation monitors temperatures, flow rates, and permeate production in real time. The system accommodates hydrophobic flat sheet membranes made from PVDF, PTFE, and other MD-suitable materials.

This skid is ideal for researchers working on desalination of high-salinity brines, treatment of produced water, and concentration of thermally sensitive solutions where conventional pressure-driven membrane processes are not suitable.
