Tech Inc. designs and builds equipment that recovers, stores, filters, dries and refills the SF6 insulating gas in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and SF6 circuit breakers. The range covers a 300 L wheeled cart, a 600 L trailer for 400–765 kV GIS and a compact recovery and filling unit. Each unit recovers the gas for reuse, evacuates air and moisture before filling and refills to rated pressure, with no SF6 vented to atmosphere.
