Sampling Components – Probes, Cylinders and Valves

• Fixed sample probes and quills – permanently installed take-offs drawing from the pipe centre.
• Retractable sample probes – for insertion and withdrawal with the line in service.
• Single- and double-ended sample cylinders – for spot samples of gas and liquid, with carrying cases.
• Outage-tube cylinders – for liquefied gases, leaving a safe vapour space above the liquid.
• Sample valves – spring-return sample valves, needle valves and check valves.
• Fittings and couplings – RTJ flanges, tees, hex nipples, male and female quick-release couplings, ball valve bodies and needle-valve manifolds.
• Gauges and protectors – INCONEL 625 Bourdon-tube gauges to EN 837-1 with gauge over-pressure protectors.

• Full traceability – parts made in-house are marked TECH INC and traceable to heat number.
• Verified materials – PMI on every heat and EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates.
• Material for the service – from SS 316/316L through Duplex, 6Mo and Monel to INCONEL 625, Incoloy 825 and Hastelloy C-276.
• High-pressure capability – ratings up to Class 1500.
• Spares for existing systems – supplied for Tech Inc. systems and for third-party sampling systems.
• Protected instruments – over-pressure protectors guard gauges against pressure surges.
• Fail-closed sampling – spring-return sample valves close as soon as they are released.
