Mobile Oil Filtration Cart

• Standard filter cart – for routine top-up and kidney-loop cleaning of hydraulic and lube oil reservoirs in workshops and on the plant floor.
• High-viscosity gear oil cart – with pump, motor and filter elements sized for heavy gear and circulating oils, so the cart filters rather than running in by-pass.
• Water-removal cart – fitted with water-absorbing elements for gearboxes and reservoirs where free water, not only particles, is the contaminant.
• Transformer oil service cart – a cart kept solely for insulating oil, used for fine filtration during transformer top-up and circulation.
• Single-phase or three-phase drive – 220 V single-phase for portable workshop use, or 380 V three-phase for larger reservoirs and higher flow.
• Dedicated colour-coded carts – one cart, hose set and wand per oil grade, identified by colour, for sites that handle several lubricants.

• Longer component life – two-stage filtration down to 3 µm removes the particles that wear pumps, bearings and gears before the oil reaches the machine.
• No cross-contamination – dedicated carts per oil type, with their own hoses and wands, keep grades and additive packages from mixing.
• Filters changed on condition – differential-pressure indicators show when an element is loaded, so elements are replaced when needed rather than by guesswork.
• Measured cleanliness – the sampling port allows particle counting before and after filtration, giving a record of oil condition for the maintenance file.
• Protected pump and motor – the internal by-pass and motor protection guard against blocked filters and overload.
• Clean, contained handling – drip tray, quick-connects and wands keep oil off the floor and make connection quick and tidy.
• Cleaning in service – the four-wheel trolley takes the cart to the machine, so a reservoir can be cleaned as a kidney loop without draining it.
