The Tech Inc. Containerised Lube Shelter is a complete lubrication station, built, piped, wired and factory-tested in Chennai and shipped as a standard ISO container. It replaces open decanting and shared hoses with sealed storage, a dedicated filtered line for every oil, and metered, identified dispensing.
Why a dedicated station
- Sealed storage – drums under desiccant breathers on spill pallets; no common tank, so water and dust stay out
- Filtered transfer – each oil has its own pump, 10 µm filter and pipeline, so grades never mix
- Metered dispensing – colour-coded spigot, oval-gear meter and nameplate for every oil; every litre recorded
Inside a 40 ft shelter
- One 200 L drum per oil on an 80–100 L sump pallet with drain valve
- Gear pump, 10 µm filter, gauge and ball valve per line, with ON/OFF and E-stop at each pump
- Dispensing panel with oval-gear meter, anti-drip stainless spigot and nameplate per oil, over a spill tray and drain sink
- Anchor-bolted racks for 30 jugs each, and a rack for colour-coded grease guns
- IP65 panel, LED lighting, exhaust fan, anti-slip floor and self-closing doors
Reference: two 40 ft shelters for a petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia – 21 piped lines, 15 lubricants (13 oils and 2 greases) and 73 sealed colour-coded jugs, with commissioning, operator training and two-year spares.
